My Ugly Place - Easy Changes

I’m always looking for new stuff for my house.  Whether it’s a big change (hello new wood floors!) or small changes like new accessories, I like to change it up. 

Pillows are a great way to make changes.  I think these Zebra Pillow Shams  are great!  And you know how much I love animal print.  

Or how about a  new Nativity Stable?  It is the holidays, after all.  I like the rustic feel of this one.  

And for a big change, you could re-do your bathroom.  Free standing shower stalls are fairly easy to install and can be relatively inexpensive.  A multi head body shower?  Yes Please!

My Ugly Place: It's Time to Change

I recently moved from "our" house into my apartment.  Our house that had the great furniture that we had hunted down and lovingly refinished.  The great artwork that went perfectly with the refinished furniture.  The pillows that made everything homey and oh-so-comfy.

My new place has, well, me.  And frankly, it's kind of sad. I've yet to put up any artwork.  I haven't made - or even purchased - any pillows.  No tchochkies.  Heck, I've only unpacked the things that I really needed.  Well, that's about to change!  Here's a few inspirations for a freshening up of your space:
