I've just read your review on "Queen of America." I'm curious to know who raped Teresita and how is it exactly that she "rose" at her funeral? Was she always a healer or did she "transform" into one after her "resurrection?" And why is she followed by assassins? As she meets those who are in need of healing, why is named the "Queen of America?"
Would love to read the book to find out the answers to these questions!
Thanks,

Just read your "One Hundred and One Nights" review. What happens to Abu Sadeeh, an Iraqi doctor to be so unfortunate to end up selling mobile phones in a shcak under a bridge?
The alarms went up when I read in your review that his paternal connection with Layla who is 14 years old changes!!!!! Changes into what???
Oh, boy. Now, I REALLY want to read this book.
