We’re all familiar with Gorton’s. Mostly, from our childhood, where we’d get the box of fish sticks out of the freezer and heat ‘em up. Maybe have them with Mac n cheese and some ketchup? Yeah…that brings back memories.
My how times have changed! Yes, Gorton’s still has the Classic Breaded Fish Sticks, but they have so much more, too! For breaded fish products, they Potato Crunch fillets and Garlic and Herb fillets. And, what may be my personal favorite – Beer Battered fillets!
English pub-style fish and chips is one of my favorite meals. For this reason, I prefer the Beer Battered fillets served with some thick fries, cole slaw and a great, chunky tartar sauce – mmm mmm good! I like the crispiness of the batter and the moist, flakiness of the fish.
Maybe you want something more grown-up. How about Grilled fillets? Or Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter! Gorton’s even has Tilapia fillets that are breaded or grilled in flavors including Roasted Garlic and Butter or Lemon Peppercorn.
You say “Greta, fish is good and all, but I really like shrimp.” Well, fear not, because you’re covered, too. Gorton’s has Beer Battered Shrimp and Popcorn Shrimp, but also Shrimp Scampi and Butterfly Shrimp.
They also have an extensive recipe section on the website. If you're looking to mix things up a little or want to re-work some leftovers, I would suggest taking a look-see!
The only thing I could see that I would add to Gorton’s extensive seafood lineup was a teriyaki flavor and crab cakes.

I buy gorton's all the time .. love them.
I like Gorton's Seafood, especially the breaded Shrimp. I will have to try the Beer Battered Shrimp.
Gorton's is a quality brand for seafood.
We still love Gorton's Fish sticks with tartar sauce emmmmmmm good. I don't eat Shrimp but love their Fillets :)
This brings back memories, we used to have these at least once a week. I dint like them as a kid , but love them now
Fish sticks, mac & cheese, and ketchup is *exactly* how my husband likes that meal! I guess he grew up eating it that way and still wants it just like that.
He loves all the Gorton's products but I think the breaded ones are his fave.
I'm glad that Gorton's has shrimp. That's my favorite seafood.

we had fish sticks as a kid too and I wasn't particularly fond of them. However I love their garlic and herb fillets, delicious! who knew that all it needed was some spices!
